    Our programmes

    Coaching · Counseling · Consulting

Build a capability, inform a decision or deliver a system: each need calls for a distinct approach.

    COACH Framework

The three modes of intervention of the COACH Framework

Scoping determines which programme to use and, where needed, how to combine approaches.

    “Uongozi”

Coaching — Training and human capacity building

Support for individuals and teams to translate learning into professional behaviours and leadership practice.

When is this mode of intervention relevant?

    • The capacity exists internally but does not translate into action: deferred decisions, a leadership team out of step.
    • Leadership and management practice need strengthening at strategic or operational level.
    • A reform has been decided and ownership by the teams still has to be built.
    • Technical or managerial skills need to be transferred for the long term.

    Added value

What we bring beyond the deliverable

    • Assessments grounded in Congolese institutional realities, never an imported model applied as is
    • Arrangements sized to the mandate, its deadlines and the resources actually available
    • Change delivered without disrupting the day-to-day work of services
    • Compliance with international public management and quality standards
    • Performance-Based Management (PBM) and Results-Based Management (RBM) embedded in daily practice
    • Autonomy transferred: internal teams run the system once the assignment ends
    Triple “A”

Triple “A”: the trajectory to success

The Triple “A” expresses the intended progression for people and the organisation; 3C4C structures the support for that journey.

    1. Attitude

The mindset, commitment and willingness to change.

    2. Aptitude & Latitude

The skills acquired and the room to apply them.

    3. Altitude

Strategic perspective and the ability to steer.

    4. Success

      Measurable, owned and lasting results.

Three modes of intervention — Coaching, Counseling, Consulting — serving a fourth C: Changing. The mandate determines how they fit together and in what sequence.

The 3C4C formula is proprietary to COACH Sarl: it is the firm's own methodological framework.
